Hope everyone had a great new year's! I started classes 2 weeks ago and it totally sucked knowing that every other normal person gets a whole month off while i had to go back so soon  Thanks Steph and Jess for taking me out to get my mind off all this school pressure... u guys are the best!  

We had dinner at Uncle Nick's... i never had real authentic Greek food before... i definitely had to try this place hehe.

After dinner, we walked to Times Square to do some shopping before watching The Family Stone, which was pretty retarded by the way. I thought it was gonna be a nice romantic comedy, but it wasnt really romantic lol. Picture this: youre going out with a guy, and they have a sister. You have a brother too. It turns out that the guy youre going out with falls in love with your sister, and you fall in love with your guy's brother at the same time. And u all actually get married at the end! What are the chances in that happening in real life??? And the ending was so gay. It was really funny at some parts, but the movie made absolutely no sense. I shouldve watched Brokeback Mountain... at least that got Golden Globe nominations lolz.

its about time i start to update!

has it really been more than a month?! wow...just goes to show how school has taken over my life! lol. neways, last saturday was my Aunt April's and Uncle Davy's 25th wedding anniversary party. my cousins sang and played guitar... so sweet!!!  here are some pics (i took a couple from Aric...lolz):

schoolweek update: today was the day where i got to go to the hospital and do my first complete physical exam on a real patient... it wasnt as nerve-wrecking as i thought. at least i covered all the systems and finished on time. i had to go check his charts tho to make sure he wasnt lying to me lol and to see what i missed. it turns out i got his breathing rate and pulse rate right! i felt really bad for him since he had surgery last night and my preceptor had to wake him up so i could question him...lol. im just thankful i got someone really compliant, who wasnt a total perv like some pple i kno hahaha

cant wait for thanksgiving break... i miss all my gurlies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! even tho u guys never read my xanga lol i still luv u all!!!

Last night was my White Coat ceremony, where we got our own labcoats (with our names on them! how cool is that? lol), and we get recognized for all the hard work and late-night studying we had to go thru these past few months. i made so many sacrifices (like Aunt Laura's wedding!!) and had to cancel out on a bazillion plans, but last night, it didnt matter to me much cuz i realized i'm actually one step closer to becoming a PA and making my dream a reality!  ok, i'll cut the blah blah blah and get to the pics lol:

Last night was awesome! Me, Terri, and Jenny went to Southstreet Seaport to see a free show. Butch Walker and Pink were performing. I personally don’t like Pink, even when she was popular, and I had no idea who Butch Walker was lol. But Terri loves him, so we just stayed for the first half hour. I don’t kno how to categorize his style.. rock maybe?? here are some pics of Pink that I tried taking over pple’s tall heads lol:

GREAT NEWS: A 92 on my anatomy test!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was definitely worth all those hours w/o any sleep! Now I have a reason to party...

SUCKY NEWS: I had to miss Aunt Laura's wedding for this damn test!!!!!!!  I was lookin fwd to seeing everyone...o wellz, my cousin's getting married next week, so I'm DEFINITLEY not gonna miss that!!!  Here are some pics of everything I missed...*tear* lolz:
